Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in line with UK consumer law, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at abhalwaysbehappy@yahoo.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs of the item to process your return more efficiently.

What is Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items ordered in error by the customer

  • Items returned outside the 30-day period

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely. 

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
